Do you like to air-dry your hair or blow dry it?

There are some hair styles that I wear that I prefer to use the hair dryer to help straighten things out or dry it quickly, BUT it is damaging so I try to air dry it every so often to give my hair a rest.

And when I do blow dry it, I use a heat protecting spray to lessen the damage.

it depends on my hair. i like to blow dry it because it keeps like lice from coming and kills anthing if hteres anything thats in there. but then my hair gets poofy so i have to straighten it. so i only blow dry it if i have enough time.

I have alot of hair and it is natural wavy - so if I blow-dry it, even with a difuser, it gets bushy and too volumnous.

I hear air-drying is healthier, but it kinda depends on if you take a shower at night or during the morning if it's nighttime, I air-dry it, if it's morning I blow dry
