Start using Dr. Miracles hair care products or Doo Grow hair care products. Limit your use on heated h air appliance. Start wrapping up your hair up at night with a silk scarf. Do not use products that contains alcohol, petroleum jelly, beeswax. Do not use gels or hair sprays. Do not use rubber bands in your hair. Start messaging your scalp at least twice a week with one of the Doo Grow/Dr. Miracles products.

Stop stressing. You are making the matters worse. Let it go and start focusing on beautiful hair.

Use Creme of Nature Shampoo and Conditioner.

use a moist leave in conditioner .....like Aussie 3 minute miracle..........and don't blow dry your hair.......and when you do blow dry on COOL setting only.

The best thing for you to do for damaged hair is try a real good conditioner and if that doesn't work then go see a doctor maybe they could perscribe something for you.
