charles worthington moisture seal leave in conditioner, i use this and find it very good, buy it from boots chemist.

I would say try VO5 hot oil treatment. Its very old school, but it definitely works. It makes your hair softer and shinier after use, and it feels good to put a warm something in your hair while you are showering!

I also saw that Clairol Nice 'n Easy is selling the ultra-rich conditioner they put in the hair dye boxes seperately. I used to dye my hair at home a lot and this always made it extra soft and shiney after a harsh dye job.

Another trick I do in the summer time when my hair tends to frizz out is put in my regular hydrating conditioner ( I use Bumble and Bumble -- expensive, but so rich and delicious and good for my fried hair) and then I put some leave-in conditioner on top of that when I get out of the shower. It keeps my hair ultra-moisturized.

if you want to treat your hair after a good shampoo towel dry then massage through a hot oil and conditioner then wrap your head round in cling film and towel over the top leave for half houe to an hour and rinse with warm water, always use a comb to detangle never brush when wet as breaks your hair
