Hair is dry, tangled and frizzy from bad perm and to much color and highlighting?

my hair dresser has never deep conditioned my hair in 3 years of color and perm. It is so bad I can hardly comb tangles out when I shampoo and is very painful. Of course it is breaking and thinning some ,,Please tell me what to do for myself..Yeah! I know get a new hairdresser but what else%26gt; Thanks

Oh goodness, you want to make sure to over condition if neccesary, and this sounds gross but put like a vinegar oil in your hair wrap it in celophane and let it soak up, wash it all out, and it wont be near as bad, it might seem greasy but your hair will thank you

They have leave in deep conditioners in the stores..like hot oil treatments and such. My advice would be to go to Sally's beauty or you local beauty supply store, they have top brand salon conditioning treatments...Jc Pennys has $12 conditioning treatments as well at their salon...they even do it for you its cheap and really works. I do mine every 2 weeks.

I made the same mistake! basically what I had to do was stop perming my hair and stop using color with bleach in it. And i cut it to my chin. its healthy now!

First off fire her. All good hairdressers know that hair needs TLC (tender love and care). You need to get a good treatment you can buy this one its awesome its called Joico K-pak intense hydtrator I also recomend buying the recontructer b/c your hair sounds really bad. I was in your shoes to yrs ago. The same thing happend to me. Buy the products I told you about and leave the reconstructer on for 30 mins under a blow dryer is best or just with a cap on either way the cap is needed (shower cap). Then repeat with the hydrator I promise you will be singing my praises after this. Trust me!
