For straigher hair, should i air or blow dry?

i have naturally ugly wavy and frizzy hair.

i usually air dry then straighten, but i'm wondering it blow drying works better.

any advice?

Blow drying can be hard on your hair, but it is faster. When I use my straightner I always blow dry it till its dry and then straighten, it's faster, and then when I do use product in my hair I dont worry about the straightner crisping my hair...lol I have naturally straight hair, with horrid frizz and a flip on the bottom, when I go straight the blow dryer is my best friend. Just make sure you use a product that helps protect against damage from blow drying!

if you dont want frizzy hair. blow drying the hair is better. because you can put some things in your hair that need heat to bind the hair to make it look silky and not frizzy

shampoo...condition...rinse with lukewarm water..towel dry...put protective cream or spray into your hair comb through...then spray de stress be phrase into your hair....comb through....dry with medium heat....now you can flat iron. giving a nice shine without wearing the hair down.

my hair's not wavy but from experience, blow-drying straightens hair better, especially if you apply some kind of anti-frizz lotion on it.

L'oreal has one which I like. It's a anti-frizz smoothing milk and it really works! :)

St. Ives has a Hair Repair No Frizz Serum which works pretty well as well.

you could air dry and then use a flat iron or you could blow dry with a round metal brush but either way you should put some kind of hair product on before hand to protect your hair from the heat

but answering your question try using sleek look by the matrix...its in a orange tube. and conditon your hair...blow dry and then straighten. also use some gloss to tame the frizz after.

Blow drying would be better but isnt too good for your hair so air dry every now and then. A chi hot iron works really GREAT. Straightens hair out in like 5 minutes! And it doesnt damage your hair like other cheap hot irons
