The heat is the issue with the damage. Make sure to move the hair dryer around frequently. Most dryers also have a "cool" setting which you could try, if you are simply looking to dry your hair more quickly, not necessarily style.

the blow dryer is extremely damaging to ur hair so i guess theres no hope.

everytime you blow dry your hair, you damage it so put a "Studio Heat Seeker" product in your hair before you blow dry. you can buy it at Target
