I make my own conditioner. And I use it once a week. Well, really it's kind of like a masque. It works amazing though.

1 egg and some avacado ground up together. Mix it. Leave it on over night. Wash it out the next morning. It leaves my hair really shiny and soft and bouncy. It completely kills frizz for me. And I have really curly hair.

Get some Sunsilk Hairapy. As for shampoo %26amp; conditioner, get some Dove moisture shampoo %26amp; conditioner. It works so well for danaged hair. After I burned my hair with my flat-iron, I used the Sunsilk and Dove and my hair was back to normal within a week. I would definitley reccomend it.

Redken's "all soft" conditioner is really good. . I also use Pantene pro-v. My doctor recommended it. All of their conditioners are great for dry/damaged hair.
