If you are willing to spend a little more money here is a great one. I have dark black brown hair and am used to bleaching and totally overprocessing my hair and this shampoo on this site for damaged hair made such a difference. Plus a weekly trim !

USE GARNIER FRUCTISE LEAVE IN TREATMENT, IM NOT SURE ON SHAMPOO, I USE LEAVE IN TREATMENT FOR 10 MIN, AND MUCH SOFTER, ALSO TRIM, EVERY 2 WEEKS.

Nexxus Nexxus Nexxus I think is the best shampoo and conditioner out there. You have to buy it at a salon and it is a little more but, you don't need much and you don't have to wash your hair everyday. Really you don't. Unless you were sweating on your head you don't have to.

Another tip with conditioning you don't have to put it on your head, I mean the hair that is right up to the scalp. Just the middle part and the ends for sure. Natural oil from the scalp will take care of that part on your head. If your hair is damaged I'd pick it out, not comb it.

Something to do once in a while too is to get a deep cond. treatment at the salon. That is soooo nice.

The Garnier Fructis shampoo and conditioner is great for the hair plus it gives you a bit of volume as well.. Get it for dry/damaged hair..

any shampoo with shea butter. i personally prefer the frederic fekkai one but you can get different brands with shea butter if $35 for a bottle is a little too steep.
