What is the best shampoo for dry/damged hair?

All shampoo pretty much has the same ingredients but definitely stay away from dandruff or volumizing shampoo since it can strip the oils away from your hair. Honestly, what you need is a hair mask. I use Neutrogena's hemp seed one. It's reasonably cheap and I use it once a week and it has been absolutely incredible. I have really fine hair and it doesn't seem to weigh it down.

I personally like: Aveda Damage Remedy and TIGI Oatmeal %26amp; Honey the oatmeal and honey one smells kinda like cupcakes haha but I really like it and both of those work really well it just depends on what product line you like more. and tigi also has a line called"dumb blonde" which works on all hair colors that is for severly damaged hair
