Any special shampoos or conditioners would do? My friends love my wavy hair but they wont if they notice the dryness. HELP!

First don't do this to please your friends, I hope you would want your own hair to be healthy, and soft. The best thing would to use a conditioning shampoo and conditioner. And do a deep conditioning. If that doesn't work your going to need to cut if off, even though your not going to want to. Healthy hair is the only kind of hair!!

Mayonnaise? Sounds gross but it really moisturizes your hair.. and if you wash it a few times it wont smell :)

Paul Mitchell makes the best shampoo and conditioner. It's expensive, but you can buy it on line - hairdeals.com and save a little money. Biolage is another good hair care line.

I would suggest getting the ends trimmed and using a shampoo and conditioner for dry/damaged hair. If you blow dry and curl or straighten your hair, I would also use some kind of heat protectant on it (you can get these at Wal Mart or Target).

I color and straighten my hair and when it looks dry put on a lil blow silk at the salon's in Walmart. Makes it so nice, but use every other day cause it can weight your hair down!!

i know it sounds disgusting but if you don't have oily hair... take mayo and add lemon juice (not too much) and coat your hair with the mixture. then wrap your hair in a towel for say 15-20 mins. then thouroghly wash your hair. it's real moisturizing for your hair

or

if that grosses you out too much then look for a condtioner made for african american women. because genetically their hair is dryer, the conditioner with be more moisterizing.
