Try humectress (sp) it's cost a little more than your average conditioner but it does help. By the way its a leave in conditioner and a big bottle last a long time because you don't need to use very much of it.

Sunsilk has this new line of really great hair products. My sister had hair like yours, and she started using their De-frizz shampoo and conditioner and hair serum. It's the one in the green bottles. You can get it from pretty much anywhere. Walmart, Target, Costco, drugstores, etc. It works really well. It defrizzes and also adds shine and gloss to your hair.

get some Frizz Ease by John Freida.. that stuff is awesome. My hair used to be really frizzy then I started using that and now I love my hair. You can also put mayo on your hair once a week for an hour and it will try to repair it. I hear it works good too!

fudge unleaded shampoo and biolage conditioner. they are fantastic. or, you could just use moisturizing treatments like hot oil........and i know it sounds gross, but whenever i do it my hair looks so healthy.......try a mayonnaise mask and wash it out thoroughly afterward.

try a deep conditoner. the directions usually recommend massaging through hair and letting set while blow drying because the heat raises the cutical of your hair allowing the conditoner to penitrate in to the cortex. you can find the best ones in the ethinic section of any beauty supply store. the one i use is called natures remidies by loreal. i got it at a sallys.

Use a frizz reducing shampoo and contioner such as pantene or finess, but add olive oil to your conditioner. keep a small bottle of pure olive oil in your shower and just mix in along with your conditioning. Rinse with COLD water. This could be your mistake if using hot water.

I have the same problem and I find that using different stuff every once in a while helps. Usually every other time I go to buy a new shampoo and conditioner I try something different. Right now I'm using Garnier Fructise or however you spell it and I absolutely love it. I've used Tresseme and it works good too. You might want to try a hot oil treatment. You can find them in the hair aisle at most places. Just leave that in for a good day and that should help! Also make sure you get a trim at least every 6 months to get the dead ends and split ends off! Just got a trim last week and my hair feels much better then before! I feel your pain though! Had frizzy hair my whole life and it's got a lot of volume too so it's extra crazy! lol...

I can't get any to work for me either. If I use the rinse out conditioners they break me out. So I just wash my hair and then when it's dry I just rub a little Vaseline on my hands and then apply it to the top layer of hair and brush it in. Don't use alot or it will look greasy and you will have trouble getting it back out.

Hello! First, you must understand the cause of frizzy hair. Frizz happens when the cuticles of the hair shaft are open. This causes frizz and sometimes tangles. A good old fashioned remedy is Mayonnaise! Mayonnaise has egg (provides the hair with protein and shine), vinegar (seals the cuticle) and oil (adds moisture to the hair).

Why is it dry and frizzy? Is it due to natural texture or chemical work? If it natural texture and you want it more smooth try this: Kerastase shampoo for dry hair and mask intense. Use a dab of cream leave-in conditioner. Power dry the excess moisture out for several minutes. Put the nozzle on the dryer and work in small sections. Either use a boar bristle lg/ jumbo brush or boar bristle paddle brush to smooth down the section. When the section is totally dry repeat all over head. If the condition of the hair is due to chemical work you should consider Kerastase in salon treatments for the appropriate issue. Kerastase also makes a line for chemically ravaged hair too. Do not shampoo everyday, stay out of excess sun and chlorine. Best of luck.
