I would say you DYE it first then wait a while to perm it otherwise it may dry out a little and never ever use at home perming systems they will give you split ends ! go to an expert for this

NEVER PUT DYE AND PERM IN YOUR HAIR.your hair can easily come out.If I were you I just wouldn't do that,unless you want to bald.lol
