if u have dry unruly hair dont try to get it poker straight and silky with chemical, or heat the both will make your hair fall out!!!!! if you are a women of color..... i suggust u use a weave maybe a quick weave just be careful to use a cap under it and braid your hair to the back....for the dryness in your real hair use hot oil treatment.....no need to buy a commercial product just a lil warm olive oil after a was with a shower cap for however long us want.

Use conditioner, but not too much. Then blow dry your hair until it's kinda damp. Then straighten it with a hair straightener. If you hear a hissing sound when you try to straighten, your hair is way too wet.

I also had this problem. For me I tried vatika shampoo, and it worked well. All u have to do is comb nonstop untill it gets dry. and then comb every half an hour or so and tie it up so it dosn't get a lot of exposier.

Start by using certain shampoos for wanting straight hair. (shampoos dont always give you the straight hair you are looking for) When your hair is wet, take a round barrel brush and blowdry it while brushing it straight...

There are many products that you can get to improve your hair with your without a straightener! (balm, syrum) I have the same problem with my hair!
