first put in some lotion for heat protecting.

than let dry or blow dry

than buy a straightner ( conair is pretty cheap and work if you hair isnt that curly)

seperate hair into secrtion with clips or hair ties

straighten each section seperately

than when you finished light spray minium (sp?) hold hairspray lightly and far and away from your hair so it stays all day.

and than you'll be perfect

I find it easier to let my hair dry overnight and then straighten it in the morning. Also, put some lotion in it while it's wet then brush it. It'll make it easier to brush, it'll smell nicer, and it just might nourish it a little.

Use a straightening iron, if you don't have one of those you can also use a regular iron on a low setting, but have someone else do it for you, iron hair like you would clothes. Otherwise you could also heat up curling iron and pull through hair sort of like a flat iron.

A straightener also can make your hair break if you use it too often. If your hair is dry then next time you get your hair cut ask for a deep conditon. it will add moisture and stregthen your hair. This will help with the dryness. To straighten you should buy a CERAMIC straightener. They cause little damage to hair and is the healthiest to use than other plated straighteners.
