i used many kinds of creams but no way i know that the real cause is using antidandrofs shampoo since long time so i want to know what to do now

okay... i had that same problem from dyeing my hair too much. my aunt and grandma are hairdressers and i check everything over with them before i use it on my hair... i like the good ole mayo and eggs treatment (mix about 1/2 a cup of mayo to two eggs and completely saturate you hair... wrap in a hair cap or even like saran wrap and a towel)...it stinks but it works wonders... the oil in the mayo soaks into your hair and the nutrients in the egg help with reconstructing... and it's cheap... another good idea is to use unscented lotion -- check the label and make sure that it doesn't have like 15 different kinds of alcohol in it-- one or two is fine, even normal, but too much will just dry it out more( i know it sounds gross )... wet your hair slather the lotion on it and wrap in a hot wrung out towel and let it be for about a half an hour then shampoo and condition like normal. another good rule of thumb is to leave conditioner on your hair for at least two minutes... i usually shampoo my hair and then put conditioner on it and leave it on while i wash my body and shave or whatever and then rinse it out last. as for the dandruff sitution (which by the way is due to a dry scalp so most dandruff shampoos aren't usually the best way to go) mix about a tsp to a tbsp of salt when you shampoo... it will remove the dandruff and not dry out your scalp more... i kno this is long but i hope it helps

Yeah, anti-dandruff shampoos are good for causing dry hair. You need to stop using that if you can. Use a good shampoo and a real good conditioner. Make sure that you get your scalp as clean as you can. I wouldn't use a hair dryer either. Just let it air dry, at least until it gets better.

You can head to the drug store or Sally's beauty supply and get some deep conditioning - unless you have dandruff switch to a shampoo for dry/damaged hair.

Before you wash hair apply the conditioner first then shampoo

rinse and reapply the cond. COMB it (in the shower) and leave it on a few minutes.

or if you can wear a baseball cap for awhile keep some on until you have to go in public and wash it out.
