i know that if your hair dryer is too hot it is able in 10 years to burn your hair and make them look really bad sth you dont want.

i have a lot of hair and even in the winter i never dry them out. even in night. i just dry them when i am to go out and have to make them or else i dont do anything.also the dryer makes the hair thinner sth really bad. you dont want that either.
