you honestly cant do anything about the course-ness.... but the dryness try deep conditioning every 2 weeks but regualr conditioning like everytime your wash... ifyour hair is thick try getting layers to thinnn it out a little bit.... also you could try a serum after the shower when hair is damp or dry and run it all over...i recommend biosilkssilk therapy... its good stuff and makes hair smooth. also conditioner try nexxus humectress thats my fave... hope it works for you!
