Do you use steam rollers with wet or dry hair? I bought some today but they do not say....

you put the damp stream rollers on dry hair and let stay in for a good 15 minutes of longer ...I usually leave mine in until I do my make up.

Dry. You can lightly spritz with water and or a leave in conditioner but never wet hair.

Use them on dry hair wait the required time and remove.

I've always used them on dry hair and it curled my hair just fine, which happened to be down to my butt. To hold it more, dampen slightly and add gel to section of hair and curl with roller, making sure hair is completely dry before removing roller.
